I am a researcher working at the IRISA - Inria Rennes institute, in the Empenn team in image and signal processing for neuroscience with a focus in computational anatomy (shape analysis) and multi-modal neurofeedback.

I am developing methods for structural connectivity to better understand the underlying mechanisms and predict the antidepressant treatment response of depressed patients. I also develop sparse machine learning from EEG-fMRI, to enhance EEG neurofeedback.

Past experiences

  • 2015-2017: Research associate at the Centre for Medical Image Computing (CMIC) in University College london (UCL, United Kingdom). I mainly worked on methods for spatio-temporal shape analysis, to predict shape changes before onset of neurodegenerative diseases.
  • 2011 - 2015: PhD Student at the Brain and Spine Institut (ICM, Paris), in the ARAMIS team. My thesis focused on the analysis of the hippocampal shape and Incomplete Hippocampal Inversions (IHI), in healthy population.

  • Co-chair of the Journée Science et Musique 2019, which will be held in October 2019 in Rennes, France.
  • Co-organisation of Semaine du cerveau 2019 coordinated by La Société des Neurosciences, in Rennes, to present advances in brain research to the public.
  • Co-organisation of Brainhack Rennes 2018 (April 2018, Rennes, France), an open science hackathon part of Brainhack global, we are happy to organise in Rennes for the first time.
  • Co-Chair of Multiple Sclerosis workshop (January 2018, UCL, London), to gather clinician and engineers working on multiple sclerosis, and translate engineering innovation into the clinic.
